“We have stayed here on two occasions now. It is very well priced, clean, with convenient parking. The cleaning staff are delightful and extremely approachable. Jessica checked us in on our second visit and she gave us a warm welcome and offered her assistance if we had any problems. The meals in The Forest Inn are tasty and of adequate size, and well-presented. Service is friendly and fast. On our visit we were unable to use the remotes for air con or tv as the batteries were flat, this had been fixed up on our second visit. Cleaning staff were happy to replenish the tea and coffee tray as this had been overlooked when our room was prepared for our first visit. Please be aware that only one key-card can be issued per room. This makes it difficult if one of us needs to go out while the other stays, as the card is required in the room for the lights to work as well as for access to the building's front door!”
“The rooms were clean and simple with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Thankyou so much to Wayne for helping us with our key cards and getting set up. Thankyou to Phoenix for being so helpful and accommodating for our room needs. If you are after a wheelchair accessible room, make sure to specify a bottom level room as there are many stairs and no lift.”
